Naima is one of the brightest little spirits that I know. I love her little rosebud lips and her gray-blue eyes. She thoroughly enjoyed plucking the blooms off her grandma’s daffodils, even though we told her not to. She kept on sticking the bubble wand in her mouth even when she realized how incredibly bad it tasted. You just can’t stop Naima. Honestly, who would want to?

Cat Update
My Cats are always being assaulted by me and my camera. I guess they’re just a dress rehearsal for when I have children, but I’m sure that my children will suffer much more. Of my two cats, Misha – the wild one – is growing at a steady pace, while Sophie – the crazy one – seems to be stuck in some weird kitten to cat limbo land. If she stays a forever kitten, however, I won’t complain. She’s super cute and petite and it should stave off any future desires to add yet another cat to our cat brood. You go Sophie!

Hailey is such a gracious little creature. On her birthday she was surrounded by her loving family and a ridiculous birthday girl hat that only a mommy could love. She soaked up every ounce of attention that came her way, being the little ham that she is. After a little breakdown and consolation from the binky, she hung on until the song was sung and frosting was painted everywhere.
