Fantastic, I am so loving this. The photos are beautiful. My favs are the dried oregano going into the meatballs and the large onion shot. The writing is great–just enough to engage me and give me a sense of the kinds of conversations that can happen in a kitchen, but not so much that I feel as if I need to make a commitment just to open the page. You did, however, have one “it’s” that should have been “its”. Keep it up. I’m passing this on!
